With our basic option, we offer both short term and long-term contracts. Simply pay the first months rent to move in. No fees or deposits are required.
Cleaning – Oakhills offer a cleaning service where we clean all the communal areas of the property every two weeks. Included: Bathrooms, Kitchen, Hallways and Living Room. This is subject to cost.
We offer a very unique and useful Landlord Chat service. How it works is simple, we sign you up to a group in Whats App of all the tenants in your accommodation and anytime, day or night, you simply ask your Landlord questions and they will be on hand to answer your query. A fast and simple way of getting things done. We look after you before moving in and during your tenancy.
The rooms are located in Arthur’s Hill. A popular student and professional area situated 10 -15 minutes walk away from University, with a wide variety of local amenities and excellent transport links.
Bills – You will be responsible for all bills. Including but not exclusive to: Gas, Electricity, Water, WiFi and TV License.
WiFi – We can arrange to install/activate WiFi in the property. Subject to cost
Fully Furnished – All rooms and communal areas are fully furnished. Your bedroom will include: Bed, Wardrobe, Desk, Chair, Bedside Table and a Chest of Drawers.
All our properties benefit from a 24hr call out & maintenance service. All our white goods are insured on long-term warranty so any issues or faults simply call us or message us via the landlord chat service and we will get a qualified engineer out to repair it ASAP. (Includes: Washing machine, fridges, freezers, dryers, ovens and hobs.
