We are committed to giving tenants options for securing their new property. Oakhills offers two options for reserving your future property – by paying a £150 non-refundable fee OR a month’s rent as a deposit. We introduced the £150 non-refundable fee option as not everyone could afford a month’s deposit. Many tenants prefer to secure the house they want at this more affordable rate. Having been renting students ourselves, we understand the needs of this sector and want all tenants to enjoy their time spent in our properties. As a student in one of our properties you can be rest assured we will try to make your new home as comfortable as we can and be on hand to resolve any problems should they arise.

Our availability
Our properties are well maintained and we are regularly refurbishing and renovating them to a high standard. We have a maintenance team to hand in both Liverpool and Newcastle upon Tyne to deal with any mishaps and we insure our goods so that they can be quickly fixed or replaced if necessary. We also make sure you have a 24 hour contact in case of emergencies or situations that require urgent attention.
