Fully Furnished – All rooms and communal areas are fully furnished. Your bedroom will include: Bed, Wardrobe, Desk, Chair, Bedside Table and a Chest of Drawers.

Cleaning – Oakhills will clean all the communal areas of the property every two weeks. Included: Bathrooms, Kitchen, Hallways and Living Room.

Maintenance – All our properties benefit from a 24hr call out & maintenance service. All our white goods are insured on long term warranty so any issues or faults simply call us or message us via the landlord chat service and we will get a qualified engineer out to repair it ASAP. (Includes: Washing machine, fridges, freezers, dryers, ovens and hobs.

Landlord Chat – We offer a very unique and useful Landlord Chat service. How it works is simple, we sign you up to a group in Whats App of all the tenants in your accommodation and any time, day or night, you simply ask your Landlord a questions and they will be on hand to answer your query. Fast and simple way of getting things done. We look after you before moving in and during your tenancy.
