Every year, Oakhills Lettings advertises its portfolio of student property at the start of November. With a wide range of 1 – 7 bedroom options available, all properties are fully furnished to a high standard and affordable. We are constantly renovating and refurbishing the properties which show in the standard of housing we offer.

We offer evening and weekend viewings, Monday- Sunday. We can accommodate large groups, we understand getting 10 of you together at the same time can be tricky, so we like to be as flexible as possible when arranging a viewing for you and your group.

Safety

Our properties are inspected at set times throughout the year, we like to respect tenants privacy whilst maintaining a high standard of safety. All Oakhills student properties comply with all HMO legislation and the University accreditation scheme.
